SCIREN INC. – Affiliate Program Terms

1. Eligibility
Affiliates must be 18 years or older, provide accurate information, and comply with all applicable laws.
2. Independent Contractor
Affiliates are independent contractors and are not employees of SCIREN.
3. Commissions
Commissions are earned when referrals become paying customers. Fraudulent activity voids commissions.
4. Payouts
Commissions are paid monthly if minimum payout thresholds are met.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Affiliates may not engage in deceptive marketing, trademark misuse, spam, or misrepresentation of SCIREN or the Service.
6. Program Modification
SCIREN may modify or terminate the affiliate program at any time.
7. Termination
Violations may lead to immediate removal from the program and forfeited commissions.
8. Liability
SCIREN is not liable for lost commissions or program changes.
9. Governing Law
California law governs these Terms.
