These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between SCIREN INC. (“SCIREN,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) governing your access to and use of the Sciren Voice AI SaaS platform (“Service”).
1. Eligibility & Account Registration
You must be 18 years or older, provide accurate information, and maintain account security.
2. Description of the Service
SCIREN provides AI-powered voice automation tools including call recording, transcription, and analytics.
3. Call Recording, Monitoring & Compliance
You acknowledge that calls may be recorded and transcribed. You are solely responsible for obtaining any legally required consent from call participants.
4. SMS & Text Messaging
By providing your phone number through our contact form, our SMS opt-in page, or through your use of the Service, you authorize Sciren to send you text messages relating to your inquiry, your account, or the services you have requested. Sciren operates in the United States; SMS is delivered via Twilio.
Message frequency varies and is typically 1–10 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply per your carrier plan. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any Sciren SMS, or by emailing support@sciren.io. Reply HELP for assistance.
Sciren does not share your phone number or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full data-handling details.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to violate laws, misuse the Service, harass users, or reverse-engineer the platform.
6. Data Ownership & License
You retain ownership of Customer Data and grant SCIREN a license to process and improve the Service.
7. Subscription Fees & Payments
All fees are non-refundable. Automatic billing applies.
8. No Refund Policy
All payments are final. No refunds are provided for any reason.
9. Service Availability & Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
10. Limitation of Liability
SCIREN's liability is limited to fees paid in the previous three (3) months.
11. Affiliates
Affiliates are independent contractors. SCIREN may modify the affiliate program at any time.
12. Intellectual Property
All platform technology is owned by SCIREN.
13. Termination
SCIREN may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or non-payment.
14. Governing Law
California law applies. Disputes are resolved via arbitration in Los Angeles County.
15. Changes to Terms
SCIREN may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
