Customer data is encrypted using industry-standard TLS in transit and AES-256 at rest in our managed cloud storage.

Role-based access controls, scoped API keys, and least-privilege access for the SCIREN team.

System and user actions are logged so we can investigate issues and answer customer questions about activity on their account.

Your data is your data. You can export call recordings, transcripts, and contact records at any time.
Right to deletion
On request, we will delete your customer data from our systems in line with our privacy policy.
